My Process

You want change and are open to looking at yourself in a new way. I offer a space to explore ways to incorporate feelings into your existence and integrate them with your thinking mind, so that you can make more informed choices about how to live. I believe you have the inner knowledge to grow and live more in harmony with who you really are. By listening well, being present and responding genuinely, I will help you tap into your own resources.

I believe that you need the right supportive environment in which to grow beyond what disturbs you. My compassion, curiosity, creativity and therapeutic skills will provide a delicate balance of challenge and support as you navigate your way through your personal development.

My approach is humanistic and existential, grounded in gestalt, and draws upon the best advances in the entire field of psychotherapy. It is effective for depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, grief and relationships. I take special interest in issues that arise during careers, the creative process, teaching, parenting, physical pursuits and relationships.
