HomeWatch Gal is a home watch company proud to be serving in the Calgary area. We offer services to keep your house safe and secure while you’re away. Insurance companies require your home to be checked every 2-3 days. We offer trusted and reliable home watch services for your residential or commercial property.
We will visit your home as often as you’d like and follow a checklist we agree on together listing all the services you require. We provide follow up e-mails after every visit and keep an online record of my visits.

Interior Service Checklist
– Collect mail, forward to you as requested
– Pay bills if requested
– Check that all doors and windows are locked and secure
– Open and close blinds
– Check that all plumbing (toilets, sinks, water heaters, refrigerators/freezer) are operating properly
– Check electrical devices (lights, clocks, timers) are operating properly
– Assure alarm systems are functioning/ alter timers/ reset alarms
– Water specified indoor or outdoor plants
– Adjust home temperature for your return
– Provide a written log of each time visited
– Take a photograph of one room each visit to document date/time visited
– Monthly email summarizing status of home

Exterior Service Checklist
– Check home exterior for damage or potential issues
– Remove newspapers, flyers, or packages from front door
– Put out and remove garbage cans
– Check outdoor faucets for leakage
– Examine property to ensure all access points are secure
– Snow removal

Additional Services
– Purchase groceries and stock refrigerator for your return
– Manage and coordinate landscaping, shovelling, and house cleaning services in your absence
– Home watch for vacant properties
