    Neil is an exceptional realtor - hardworking, trustworthy, personable and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about the region and always give us a straight answer on a house or area. We always felt that Neil provided us with an objective view of the pros and cons with each house/area rather than simply pointing out the good things which we valued since it saved us time and gave us more confidence in our purchase. He was never pushy even though our search for a home took a very long time and involved 3 people with sometimes differing opinions.     Neil worked with us for years (2ish?) as we were looking for our next home for our growing family. He was very accommodating when we wanted to do last minute viewings or meeting us on his days off. His ability to point out things in a house was really helpful, especially given inspections were seen as a big negative on offers when we were looking. Very knowledgeable about the region and would always give you a straight answer on a house or area. Not pushy at all and allowed us to formulate our own conclusions about a place. While we don't plan on moving again (hoping this is the 'forever house'), if we did, we would use him again and recommend him to anyone who asks.
