Do you have a connection with joy when you ride a bicycle? If you say yes you may have the cycling bug, at MBRC we share your passion and believe that travel on 2 wheels is a positive form of exercise and the continued pursuit of joy is a benefit to mind, body & well being.
Mainly a road riding group for sport & racing the MBRC membership are highly motivated riders that ride throughout the week. Our most popular rides head out into the beautiful countryside of Southern Ontario every Saturday morning: The Sport ride; quick paced & social, or The Sportif Ride; fast & spicy.
Typically we never ride the same route twice in a season of riding. The routes and café/refueling stops are posted in our forum where we discuss any concerns with the route or weather and who will show.
