The Purple Room produces events and stages throughout the city, most frequently at Assiniboia Downs for the long-running MANITOBA NIGHT MARKET & FESTIVAL (June 9, July 21, & August 25) and the MB FOOD TRUCK BATTLES (May 25 & 26). We also help with booking and producing other large events at the Downs.

We help run CaRaVaN OPEN MIC + OPEN STAGE, a long-running “anything goes” open mic that takes place on Monday nights.

CaRaVaN at the Cube is back for the summer of 2024! We’re out there twice per month in May, June, July, August, and September, with sign up at 6:30 PM and the show running from 7–10 PM. The Mondays we’re not at the Cube, we’ll be hanging out at the Toad in the Hole for their open mic which runs from 9:00 PM til midnight.
