For all our repairs and replacements of equipment in order to guarantee functionality, compatibility and 100% satisfaction, our customers have the option to request installation and real time test done in their facility at NO additional cost. Free pick up and delivery is available in the Hamilton area.
Pricing and Quotes.
We know that downtime is expensive, our service is dedicated to provide the fastest solution time in the industry. All equipment received for repair will be evaluated for free and the customer will be quoted. In the case of parts not available or equipment beyond economical repair, the customer will be informed and quoted for all available options. Those options may include; replace with new, replace with rebuild or replace with substitute equipment depending on specific applications and technologies. If the customer’s decision is not to proceed with any of the options, their equipment will be returned without any cost.
